Empowering Your Wellness

Our Mission:

Empowering your Wellness

Prana Endura seeks to provide an educated touch for individuals who desire a massage that's informed and truly therapeutic. Therapeutic massage is about much more than feeling good during a session; it is about getting results that last. First and foremost, the therapists at Prana Endura offer an informed massage, taking each client's unique concerns and goals into account, and utilizing multiple modalities and the latest in massage research in order to provide massage for our clients. Private and small group yoga classes emphasizing individual attention and customized instruction are regularly offered to help clients move, increase range of motion, and complement bodywork by enhancing massage results. Prana Endura works with local medical professionals to help provide a network of care to help clients meet their health goals. We also offer select retail to help clients with self-care at home.

Certified in numerous modalities, our therapists incorporate aspects of many different massage philosophies and techniques into personalized treatments, emphasizing the specific needs of each unique client. Some of these modalities include:

  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Integrative Massage
  • Lympatic Drainage
  • Pre/Postnatal Massage
  • Hot Stone Massage
  • Ashiatsu
  • Reiki
  • Yoga

Wellness and balance is our passion. We will gladly take the time to discuss your individual needs, and should you desire it, set up a massage treatment plan to help you feel your best! Often healthcare providers can seem impersonal. At Prana Endura Therapeutic Massage and Yoga, we strive to be a listening ear and an assistant in your endeavors to create a healthier and well-balanced you.
